I have had back trouble for many years and ended up having to have surgery.  After my children were born I started having trouble again.  The chiropractor I was seeing was stuck in a rut with a method of treatment that wasn't working, "trust me", she said.  I came to HealthFirst because I saw that they had both chiropractic and physical therapy working together.  I started strengthening my lower back muscles with physical therapy and within the first week I had dramatic results.  Now I am standing straighter, I have lost weight, I can exercise like I want, and most of all I can keep up with my three children.  No more pain, ibuprofen and ice packs.  Thanks HealthFirst for listening and being so kind.
