Your First Visit
Patient Forms
On your first visit our caring staff will provide a warm welcome to make your first visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. When you arrive, you will need to complete our patient forms. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Consultation
Next, you will consult Dr. Rob Andino or Dr. Renee Andino to discuss your injury problems and concerns. This initial visit is designed for them to learn more about you, your condition, and your expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
Examination
After your consultation, Dr. Rob Andino or Dr. Renee Andino will perform a complete chiropractic, orthopedic, and neurological examination testing your reflexes, flexibility, and degree of pain. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
X-Ray Studies
Depending on your specific condition, we will take X-rays as well. X-rays help us determine the cause of your problem and the most effective treatment plan for you. It can also alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. Sometimes, they can even identify their spinal misalignments and degeneration.
Report of Findings
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. Rob Andino or Dr. Renee Andino will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:
- How can you help me?
- How often do I need to come in?
- What will my treatment cost?
After reviewing your health history, and goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, Dr. Rob Andino or Dr. Renee Andino will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. We will then provide the best treatment and rehabilitation program for your unique needs.
Treatment
After this initial appointment, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, acupuncture, and overall wellness. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
Rehabilitation Program
Before leaving, the doctor will suggest a rehabilitation program to incorporate outside of treatment. If you are experiencing back pain when you first come into our office this may include ice or heat application instructions, certain activities or positions to avoid, and at-home exercises and/or stretches. Every person is unique, therefore everyone requires a customized care plan. The purpose of our rehabilitation program is for you to achieve the best results from your adjustments, get out of pain and return to a healthy lifestyle.
